| Introduction | Immediate Team Thompson family members include: Gretchan (Mom) Purdue grad who is a science teacher in Philadelphia. Oldest son Mychael is studying African American studies at Purdue, though currently on an amazing environmental tour with SCA. Youngest son Malcolm is studying sociology at Purdue. Maude and Esther--two amazing kitties. Mamaw (Gretchan's Mom) is an IU grad and is self employed. Paul (Mamaw's eleven year permanent friend) is an IU grad who works in IT. Grandpa is a Purdue grad and retired Delta Pilot. Uncle Shawn graduated from Purdue and Duke and works at Google. Aunt Alysia (Shawn's wife)graduated from George Mason-undergrad and Stanford-MBA and works for Oracle. They have three children, Jay-4-, Claire-2-, Ryan-6 months. Step-siblings (Paul's kids) include: Ryan, IU grad who lives in Japan (Team Thompson band drummer--born to rock); Alisa, an IU grad who lives in Japan with her husband Jason, a fighter pilot for the Marines, and their new baby Alexis; and Brandon, a Ball State grad who is in his second year of teaching history at a school in Indianapolis. |
