| Introduction | Food is my passion and has been my career. A cookery book of mine has been published in the Welsh language and I have appeared on radio and television programmes discussing food and my own original recipes. I have recently had a novel published called Truth Hurts and have a short story blog on my website, valerienapierbooks.co.uk Why 'Fab foods from the 60's and 70's?' Just look in supermarket freezers and in the chillers and you will see foods which originated in this period. As they were so good, they have been replicated (sometimes to their detriment) I was around in those exciting, heady days and have cooked the original,delicious versions of these dishes. I hope to pass my food experiences and recipes to you on this, my blog. |
