Introduction	My first attempt at writing was a manuscript on 'Chickens and their Diseases', penned and illustrated while I attended second grade. At that time my main reading materials were non-fiction and much restricted by availability because we lived in Nigeria and had no library around the corner. Until just a few years ago, I only wrote for my own entertainment. I've lived in a variety of places though the most influential have been Nigeria, New Hampshire and California. My main career centers on oil painting, both landscape and figure. My husband is a paleobotanist, so he corrects the science in both my paintings and my writings.
