| Introduction | I'm new at this "stay at home Mom" gig. At least I consider myself new even though my baby girl is 9 months old now. But I'm looking forward to doing all the things that have been on my list of things to do for so long, like freeze fresh vegetables for winter, make jam and goat milk ice cream (separately!), paint my kitchen, the trim in the guestroom and my old dresser. I want to feel productive at home and have a clean home that my husband is happy to come home to at night. I want my daughter to grow up knowing how loved she is, and how beautiful, smart, and precious she will always be. I want to continue to work on being a woman of God and sharing that with others. I want to be involved in the Ladies Bible study at church that happens during the day, while our husbands are at work and where our children can play together. So many things that I would like to experience that I have not yet. And so many things I would like to do. What to do first? |
