Introduction I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in 1997 and found myself at a loss for what I was to cook for my family since most of my experience was cooking out of a box. With so few options back then, I had to turn to raw ingredients, and learn how to cook from scratch. Cooking gluten-free and also making food taste good for those who aren't celiac, proved to be a challenge. Now after years of experimenting and learning at depth the ins and outs of gluten-free preparation, I am now fully prepared to share what I've learned over the years with fellow celiacs. My kids, now older teenagers, are my biggest critics. Because they can eat gluten, they let me know if it passes the test for taste. I use only fresh ingredients as much as possible but will also showcase those great gluten-free products on the market to help you make your cooking experience much easier and tastier.
