Introduction	To put it mildly, I have always been a bit food obsessed. I was raised in a family in which we planned vacations around where we were going to eat. My mother brought china, silver and cloth napkins to picnics. Food - good food - was everything. So, what is it like for a die-hard foodie to diet? Well, that is what this blog is about...the life of a dieting foodie. I'll probably also throw in some restaurant reviews and the odd recipe or two just to keep things interesting.
