IntroductionWell, my name is J. Shelley. I'm a college sophomore who wants one day to be an English professor and takes her academic progress very seriously. I'm also a writer who keeps a wary eye on the word count, hoping one day I'll be published. And I'm a Christian who makes far too many silly mistakes. This blog was started out of a sense of duty, I guess. My excuse for not having a journal or a My Space page or a Facebook profile was, "It would only get updated like once every ten months." But eventually, the nagging feeling that I should be keeping *some* sort of record won over my brilliant excuse, and this blog came into being. I start it with the hopes that, eventually, it'll stop being a duty and become a pleasure. I hope you enjoy. J. Shelley

Which is easier to make a model airplane out of and why: a banana peel or a wet sock?

Oh, COME ON. Think outside the box, people? Seriously, a wet sock or a banana peel? You are completely ignoring the possibility of using solidified gazpacho and alpaca skin!
