Introduction	I have been working in ELT for 13 years, in a variety of roles. I started as a teacher, teacher trainer and later ADOS with International House in Madrid. On moving back to the UK, I worked as Project Manager on a corporate blended learning course for Bell International and as an examiner and seminar writer for Cambridge ESOL. I've also written product reviews related to technology and learner autonomy in the ELT Journal, MET and CALL Review. I now work as an editor with Pearson Longman.
