| Introduction | I am using this blog to share my favorite recipes. Most are keto or AIP or paleo, or dirty keto, but a few are not. If they are not, that will be clearly noted. Some of these recipes were my own invention, some were passed on to me, some I updated, clarified, and added a few hints and some I flat out stole (hence the name The Keto Bandito! That and it sounded better than "What the Heck Should I Cook Tonight"!) Thru' the magic of technology, if you are in the grocery store and they have a great sale on chicken breast, but you can't remember all the ingredients in a recipe, you can log on and look it up. Why do you think honeydew is the money melon?
