| Introduction | My name is Dean Sandoval and I am a Wellness Warrior. I am 54 years old and I am in fair to good health. Recently a few events happened to me that opened my eyes to health and wellness. I have a son, Ian who is almost religious about health and wellness and he has educated me about of lot of new habits I can be doing to get healthy. This is a journey. I want to live what I preach and I want to share my journey with you in a series of blog posts. This is practical advice given by a layman.
