Those include being in nature, running, cooking, and reading. |
| Interests | I help people develop their personal and professional communication skills, discover their strengths, and re-energize their life. I am passionately interested in helping young girls develop into confident, stron g women. I see so many girls struggle with friendship issues (relational aggression) that I developed a program called "Circle of F.R.I.E.N.D.S." that teaches how to have healthy friendships, solve conflicts, and develop a positive self-image. |
| Favorite books | Two books I highly recommend to clients are, "Now, Discover Your Strengths," and "The Power of Full Engagement." My favorite parenting books are "Parenting with Love & Logic" and "Parenting Teens with Love & Logic." For college students, may I recommend the book I wrote? I really do believe it's valuable!
