Introduction	I am a husband, father, and physical therapist. I have played various sports, weight trained for over 30 years, run, and do other various type of workouts. I get bored easily with routines and plan to share this blog to keep motivated. My moto is, "It is not can you do it? It is can you STILL do it?"
