Introduction	I am a Malaysian who just recently discovered the fun of baking. I am currently in Melbourne pursuing a course in Patisserie. 'Basically Pastry' is about my journey in exploring the endless creativity and fun in patisserie. There will be a lot of first trials and probably a lot of errors too. People who know me will know how forgetful I am, I am Dory from "Finding Nemo" so this blog is basically to record my experiences in learning how to be a qualified Patissier.
