| Introduction | I believe life is about people. We make relationships, memories - in short, we live our life together with others whether we like it or not. I love vintage. I'm inspired by objects that remind me of people. A vintage red Pyrex refrigerator dish my Granny used for a sugar dish. Which I loved to stick my little finger into whenever she wasn't looking. I love crafting. I have embedded memories of the embroidered runners my Grandma had on every table, dresser and even her TV. I remember the crocheted dolls my parents sold at craft fairs years ago. I'm married to a techie, and I love Mac computers. I'm inspired by technology and how it helps us live, communicate and even craft. I'm a mom. I love modern style, clean & simple. I have 4 children, aged 6 years down to 2 years. I must keep life practical. All of these things together have one recurring theme... working with our hands. Which is where the name Wistful Wrists was born from. I attempt to live by the inspiration of Ecclesiastes 9:10 |
