| Introduction | As you may know, I have the fabulous good fortune to work for a young, local CSA-type company, The Produce Box. The produce comes from local farms in NC and is delivered directly to members’ homes or businesses. Having this delicious bounty arrive in my home each week is teaching me to think differently about what my family eats and how I cook. I’d like to share what I’m learning here.
