Introduction	FOLKS TRUST was established by a team of youngsters who are driven and passionate to not only serve the society in new ways but also give something back to Mother Nature by restoring natural resources and promote a way of living where we, the humans, are more connected to nature and a natural way of living rather than being a slave to technology throughout their lives. FOLKS CHARITABLE TRUST was established in March, 2015 in the city of Thanjavur, TamilNadu. Our trust is registered as PUBLIC CHARITABLE TRUSTunder thesection 12 AA of the Income Tax Act, 1961. Also kindly note thatdonations made to our trust shall qualify for deduction under the section 80G(5)(VI) of the Income Tax Act, 1961. We are officially registered with UCO Bank, Thanjavur and Axis Bank, Thanjavur.
Interests	We are looking for an opportunity to spread our services in a larger scale by developing Agricultural Technology which purely aims at organic ways of growing crops providing working opportunities for farmers and supplying healthy nutrition to people. We are also inclined towards establishing educational institutions that provide quality education to the downtrodden, promoting Aforestation and environmental conservation and also to effectively help out senior citizens who are left homelessby providing them with a great living environment where they can coexist in peace and harmony.
