Introduction	I'm 38 years old and have been racing triathlon for the RAF and Great Britain on and off since 2003. When I say on and off I mean due to injuries and illness I have not been able to string a decent season together for a few years. I've recently moved to lincolnshire and i'm supported by Anthea, the greatest thing that's ever happend to me. Without her I couldn't do what I do. I am also proving that just because you have a serious illness it doesn't mean you can't do sport!
