| Introduction | I am a stay-at-home mother of five with a huge love for Jesus and a passion to help orphans. I am the Executive Director of a newly forming non-profit called Impact Orphans (www.impactorphans.org) whose call is to defend and care for orphans worldwide. Look for big (God sized) things to be happening soon. My hobbies are martial arts, photography, nutrition, and staying in shape. My husband Scott and I are doing our first (and possibly last) marathon together in October. I've completed four triathlons and may go back to doing those after I conquer a marathon. (We're doing it "barefoot", by the way.) I love the cross training aspect of triathlons, open water swimming especially. It reminds me of being a kid and swimming at Lake James in Indiana. I homeschool some of my kids and love the flexibility and bonding it allows us. It's a wonderful tool for helping adopted kids bond in a family. Spontaneous, fun, and living with Kingdom glasses.
