Introduction	This blog has morphed from a place to find the best massage or acupuncture, to a place dedicated to healing, love and laughter. Quick facts: I am a print journalist. I write about food, travel, lifestyle and fashion and design, often from a health and wellness-related POV. I also write the occasional film or video script, and in 2002 completed a documentary film called "Baking Bread." Occasionally, I also teach writing at the media arts college in Chicago, Flashpoint Academy.
