| Introduction | I'm a CIA-trained chef, an ACE personal trainer, and am currently working as neither. I currently stay home with our little nugget, born 8-23-10, and try to keep him from dramatic acts of baby self-endangerment. I'm working on finding a new balance, wherein I both parent said child, as well as shower, make food, and write about food on this blog. It's shockingly difficult. I also like to write about stupid acts of fitness that I impose on myself and husband.
