| Introduction | Jeanne Heiberg grew up in Brooklyn, studied at Cooper Union Art school NY and California College of the Arts, Oakland, to earn an MFA. After years of work in education and publishing, she moved to upstate New York where she does writing and art for publishers, and gives art and writing workshops She taught all ages pre-K to college to adults and seniors in public/ private schools, church programs, a dropout prevention program in Newark, NJ, Holy Names College, CA, and Trenton State College, NJ. She was art consultant for 3 churches. Her work was published by Readers Digest Books NY; Paulist Press NJ; (Advent Arts and Christmas Crafts): Resource Publications CA (Winning Your Inner Battle Including Imagery Meditations); Crossroads NY (Contemplation and the Art of Saladmaking, from Princeton Packet column Ms. Jeanne¹s Greens); Peter Li, OH (Values and Meanings); Liturgical Press, MN (The Good News in Pictures) plus over 200 articles magazines/newspapers.
