| Introduction | My husband and I moved to Trochu, AB nearly five years ago and know we made the right move for us! Having first become acquainted with ACE Communities in 2009, it has been a fabulous experience with many leadership opportunities, both as a community and personally. The most recent of many 'growth' steps for me has been to be elected as Councillor for Town of Trochu…. a great learning experience! The blogging experience is also really a new one for me as I am not exactly on the 'cutting edge' of technology : ) as can be attested to by both Janet Naclia and Brenda Herchmer . With their help and patience, along with our wonderful ACE Coach, Carol Ohler from Sangudo, AB; I am finding just how much can be accomplished by a few dedicated people, passionate about their communities and ultimately, life! On a personal note, my husband, Greg and I have five grown children, three wonderful granddaughters and, thankfully, the good health to enjoy the life we choose in beautiful central Alberta.
