About me

Introduction If you want to share this blog with others, I'd suggest you give them my first entry and help them start to find their way from there. It might take some people a while to grasp the need for food storage, and the thought of storing large amounts of food might seem overwhelming.

Although this blog offers a Biblical case for prudent living in general and food storage in particular, I AM NOT AFFILIATED WITH NOR A BELIEVER IN THE DOCTRINES OF THE CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST OF LATTER-DAY SAINTS (the Mormon Church), a group that is known for its emphasis on food storage.

The Bible neither mandates nor prohibits food storage. But just like Joseph (see his story in Genesis 41-45), storing extra food will help you provide for your family (a Biblical mandate) during hard times and will give you plenty of opportunities to minister to hungry, thirsty strangers.
