| Introduction | I am a wife, aunt, dog and cat mom, an actress and filmmaker who talks a lot about women's food, body image and weight issues. I believe in balance in life and everything in moderation. I love sleep. Especially naps. I try to live as healthy a life as possible while still actually enjoying my life. I love veggies and brown rice as much as chocolate and wine and I think that there's room for all of those in my life. I'm also a fiesty chick who loves good wine, good food, cocktail hours and dancing my butt off from time to time. I like singing and dancing around my house or on a stage. I adore playing with my awesome dog. I think that our modern society is really messed up about what women are supposed to look like. I don't like how the media portray womanly "ideals" so I am fighting that whenever I can. |
