Introduction	I'm a lifelong gamer and history buff. In college I earned degrees in both history and international affairs but ended up editing video. In the late 1990's I embarked on what became the Liberators! project; a series dedicated to providing material on South American Independence to the gaming hobby. The first book, aka. "The War in the South" was self-published in October, 2005. I have subsequently published "The British & Irish Legions in South America" and "The Wars of Spanish Independence, 1809-1829" for Osprey Publishing. In the course of my work I have become a collaborator with Professor Julio Mario Luqui Lagleyze in Argentina. Together we have published articles in Military Illustrated and Military History and Collector magazines. I was also a monthly contributer to Computer Gaming World from 2001-2003.
