We are coming into peak midlife crisis territory and decided that standard employment was getting in the way of seeing this amazing world at an incredibly slow pace. So, we quit. We traded lesson plans and spreadsheets for padded shorts and a heavily loaded bicycle. Our goal? Pedal from Indonesia to England. Our reality? Getting lost, eating our body weight in street food, and being humbled by hills on a daily basis. We are here to immerse ourselves in the wild landscapes and rich cultures of the Silk Road, while documenting every mechanical failure and sunburn along the way.
