Introduction	Country Sicilian is my joining a heritage of great Southern cooks to the heritage my Sicilian husband brings to the family, with his own long line of great Sicilian cooks. Our mothers, grandmothers and other women on both sides have influenced my cooking style and cooking philosophy, that good food requires wholesome ingredients, a little time and just a little effort.
