Introduction	Hello! I'm a third-year MSc student in International Development at the University of Edinburgh (my degree is online; I live in NY). I love to cook and bake, and I've decided to document that here. When I'm not in the kitchen, I love to knit and crochet (I design patterns under the name Clair de Lune Fiber Art), garden, play piano and guitar, read fantasy novels, and do puzzles.
