| Introduction | What does "Delecta Daddy" mean? The name comes from a conversation about Kevin being my sugar daddy. When we first got married, we moved to a new town for his new job and I was unemployed. Friends joked that he was my sugar daddy . . . but since he's not rich and I'm not a gold digger, it wasn't quite fitting. Someone mentioned that Hy-Vee grocery stores sell a generic sugar substitute called Delecta, and bam! Kevin was declared my Delecta Daddy. :) A year later, it's still the place where I post little bits of life that make me laugh. Happy reading! |
