Introduction	Hi thanks for visiting my blog. To start about me, I’m Kalpana, a homemaker who loves cooking and trying out different dishes. To be honest, I’m not a foodie or a cooking expert until I got married. After my marriage, we moved to USA, where I had no choice, other than cooking myself. My initial days of cooking were little bit hard as I took time to differentiate between toor dal and chana dal. I even remember using raw rice for idly batter instead of idly rice  All this cooking tragedies urged me to learn cooking. Eventually I started enjoying cooking and experimenting new dishes. I love trying new recipes and still learning from cooking experts around me. This blog is to share my everyday recipes along with the traditional recipes made for festivals and other occasions and something I tried and tested after learning from people around me.
