| Introduction | I'm a 29-year-old mother of one, college student and drugs survivor from Ballymun in Dublin. I started drinking aged 11 and by the time I was 14 heroin had taken its deadly hold. In 2006 I went public about my drug addiction because I felt there was no other way of getting help. Sky News did a documentary about me and now I've a book coming out about my experiences.
