| Introduction | Over the Moon and Back is a blog spot for sharing the joys, the laughter and the challenges of our little family's adventures! We are Carolyn and Henry Tarpey. Henry was born January 22nd, 2007 in Uralsk, Kazakhstan-adopted November 7th, 2007. The point of this blog is three-fold:1) to keep family and friends posted on our life, 2) to share and support via the blogosphere other adoptive families, 3) to create a scrapbook/journal for Henry of all the day to day happenings of our life.
