By day, she is the head savory chef at a popular restaurant in the West Village called, Sweet Revenge. At night she writes restaurant reviews for Daily Food & Wine, blogs about food life and recipes on katielettsscribbles.com, and works with her band on their ecclectic burlesque/cabaret-style rock sound (www.katieletts.com).
