| Introduction | I'm a retired airline employee and have spent 4 decades in the aviation industry. My love for travel began on my first flight as a young boy back in 1947 on a DC-3. The moment the hostess laid the pillow and meal tray across my lap I was hooked. My thirst for travel has continued into retirement. I recently married for the first time at the young age of 73 and now get to share my passion for travel with someone I love. I've started a new chapter in my life (author) and want to share my stories of the glory days of aviation. My goal is to publish my memoirs and possibly additional books. I hope you will join me on this adventure. I know nothing about publishing or blogging so needless to say, this will be a work in progress. I figure as long as you keep on writing the journey never ends! |
