Introduction	I'm Aimee Jo Anderson and I'm a dessert addict. I love to make them, share them and eat them. I come from a family of sugar addicts as well (yes, I do blame my parents!). I actually developed a love of baking from my Gramma Nonnemacher in Manitowoc, WI. For the past seven years, I've been taking cake decorating classes and challenging myself to make beautiful and delicious cakes, thus fulfilling one of my bucket list items. In the summer of 2014, I appeared on the TV show the Next Great Baker Season 4 with my fabulous baking buddy Jose Barajas. It was an experience of a lifetime! I developed life-long friendships with all of the contestants. I specialize in toffee, which I sell to raise money for slum kids in Nepal and orphans in Myanmar and Andaman Islands.
