Introduction	In 1996, I was retailing a waterless car wash and kept telling my wife that we should start a detailing business. I could see the need for such a service. Who has time to clean, wax, shampoo their car or truck today?? Or better still, who wants to? Well, we do. My crew and I really enjoy making our customers so happy when they see their clean vehicle and they didn't have to do a thing other than drop it off in the parking lot before going into the building to work. They arrive with a dirty car and drive home with a brand "new" one. Okay, so maybe it isn't really brand new ... but they sure feel great when they get into a sparkling car or truck after we have performed our magic on it.
