About me

Introduction	Something magical happens when a story is told. Breath from the deepest part of your belly comes up like a soft breeze and dances off your lips. And sometimes that air will bring water to your eyes or stir the fire in your heart, dissolving the heaviness of your feet on the earth. In this way, the telling of a story reverses the forces of gravity, turning all the things we know as logically true upside down. And this is what moves us forward. This is what makes us fly. My story is the story of a bird that finds light in the darkness, freeing her from all fears. My story is the story of learning how to fly.
