| Introduction | Jaki Leigh grew up outside the village of Broke in New South Wales' Hunter Valley. There wasn't a lot to do there so she read and wrote a lot. In 2004 she moved to Sydney to study creative writing at the University of Technology, completing a Master of Arts in Creative Writing. Her short story "The Blanket Girls" was recently published in the 2007 UTS Writers' Anthology "What You Do and Don't Want" (ABC Books). She's writing a novel but hates the question, "So, what's your novel about?" |
