Introduction	I live in beautiful Santa Barbara - it's been 15 years now. After nearly 21 years with Borders, I'm in a new job, a new career and a new life: I'm the Assistant Marketing Manager for Santa Barbara MTD - our public transit company! After years of retail, I'm learning about public transit, alternative transportation and working in the public sector. But I'm still reading, still working occasionally as a marketeer for writers, still a huge fan of authors and book-related events. I live in paradise, count on friends and family a great deal, and hit the beach when I can. But as always, I'd rather be reading.
