Introduction	Well I am not making promises on what this blog will be about. I am tentatively calling this the "Cookbook", but it is more a journey than it is about recipes. As I am sure you can tell I am a very guarded individual. It comes from being a child of a narcissist. You learn that your real life must be kept hidden and protected, because only a reflection of the narcissist matters, everything else must be destroyed. So I became a very private individual. Now that I am an adult, that hasn't changed. I will not say I am healed from what I experienced. I won't even say I am "over it". And if you grew up in an abusive household, I am sure you understand. Just when one set of scars heals, a new set becomes apparent. I consider it a journey. And if hearing about my journey helps you, then great, if not, then good journey my friend.
