Introduction	I recently moved to Chicago from a small town in Oregon. I worked in a sawmill. Saws, sawdust, and dirty gloves wreaked havoc on my manicure. "Small town" really defined me prior to 2009. Before 2009, I rarely left the state of Oregon. To be honest, I rarely left the Willamette Valley. Since June, 2009, I've been to Chicago (many times), Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, California, Hawaii, Germany, Austria, England, France, Iowa, and Albuquerque, NM. In 2011, I earned my Hospitality Degree and moved to Chicago. It's been a big change for this small town girl and I want to share my experiences with you.
