Introduction	I'm a twenty something Australian, married to a New Zealander, living in Rome. Cooking: I have a sweet tooth, but I am gluten and dairy free due to chronic migraines and so to get my fix of treats I experiment in the kitchen! I hope by sharing my experiments I'll help others try new things, bake, and enjoy food again. Most of the food is made without fancy equipment like blenders and mixers etc as our kitchen didn't come with them, but simple works and is delicious. I hope you enjoy the cooking as much as I am!
