Introduction	All my life I have always wanted to be a mommy. As a little girl I loved that my mom was there to put me on the bus in the morning before school and pick me up at the bus stop in the afternoon; on Tuesday afternoons my mom would have a special treat waiting for us, Tuesday Fudge. Imagine coming home from school on a Tuesday to have homemade fudge waiting for you for no other reason than it being a Tuesday. I spent many years teaching young children until the day my amazing little girl was born. She is now 6 years old and would prefer sushi to fast food any day of the week and says things like "cereal for breakfast people eat that, how about homemade waffle instead". My husband and I are very happy to have such an adventurous eater but it's had it's struggles along the way and on a VERY RARE occasion we do have fast food but we always regret eating it.
