Introduction	Hi Im 26 and I'm fat. There got that bit out of the way. Why am I fat? Because I got lazy and I like food. Why do I want to change how I am? Because I too want to shop in the skinny section and not hide in the 16+ corner. I too wanted to be chatted up when I'm out with my gal pals and I dont want to be the fat mam picking her kid up from school. The reason for this blog is to make me move my backside and do something about it. Not the easy way like yeah Ill get a gastric band cos its easier(I know for some its the only option NO OFFENCE TO YOU )but the proper way exercise and eat healthy I think for me its better in the long run.

Favorite movies	too many to mention but a few are Twilight, V for Vendetta, Stigmata, Shawshank Redemption, Hindi movies would be Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham, Main Hoon Na, Mohabbtein, Gangster and Devdas
Favorite music	Im eclectic I enjoy all kinds of music from all over I like RnB music to dance music to bollywood filmi music and bhangra.
Favorite books	again too many to mention, fiction, fact, comedy, biographies,
