Introduction	Hi! I am the market manager for the Fayette Farmers Market! I love everything about the farmers market ~ the people, the products, and the lifestyle it represents. Growing up on a farm in Northwest Missouri I was fortunate to always have farm fresh produce and meat. I was in high school before I ever saw hamburger from the store and I didn’t know what it was…I had to ask what the stringy stuff was…Yikes! My mom always had a huge garden and so we grew up eating right out of the garden. What we didn’t enjoy fresh we canned or froze for the winter. After moving away from home I grew to appreciate farm fresh even more because I couldn’t always get it. And then I found this wonderful group, the Fayette Farmers Market and I love getting the farm fresh produce, meat and baked goods that I grew up on. Follow me as I take you to the market each week, try out great recipes and meals, on farm visits, and through my adventures as the market manager!!!
