| Introduction | Mr. Heilmann is a manager and a leader. At fourteen elected president of the youth fellowship at his church, and also president of the local society of the Children of the American Revolution. At the age of fifteen he organized a Fourth of July program that drew attendance from six states, and earned for him the George Washington Honor Medal from the Freedoms Foundation at Valley Forge. At seventeen, vice president of his senior class and president of student council at his prep school. At eighteen, he was elected state president of the Massachusetts Society, Children of the American Revolution where he instituted policies that put the state society in the black for the first time in fifteen years. And at the age of twenty he served as a National Vice President of that society. He has a very strong knowledge of profit and loss, cost control, working from a budget, as well as writing one, training, and customer relations. His track record in bottom line profits has won him several company awards. In every instance where he has had direct responsibility for profit he has returned 5% to 15% higher than asked for. |
