| Introduction | I'm a mum to 2 teenage boys and happily married. I had to stop working in 2007 after 29 years, because of anxiety and depression and was later diagnosed with ME.I love to walk in the countryside when I'm able and enjoy birdwatching and I'm interested in all things to do with the natural world. I sometimes help out at a local dog rescue charity. I'm a Buddhist and find that viewing life's events from a Buddhist perspective leads to greater acceptance of difficulties and a greater appreciation of the simple things in life. |
