| Introduction | I am a born Johannesburger but am glad that that side was pushed outta me when my parents retired to the beautiful town of White River in Mpumalanga. I was 13 when I moved and have made so many friends that I still have today. Its been a good decade, what can I say. I love cooking, baking and making both rather OTT. It's a passion of mine to impress and food is the gateway to my passion. |
| Interests | Well I am a very active person, ontop of all the work I find for myself I really enjoy going to the driving range and taking my frustrations out on a 100 bucket, My nephew plays Western Province squash so I am trying my best to win a game off him but to no avail, I love listening to all sorts of music and especially whilst driving around the beautiful mother city, Most of all I love my work and what I do. I hope you feel the same :) |
| Favorite movies | I enjoy watching the occasional film or series but this hobby has really taken a back step since working for myself. The reason is that when I am not working I would rather be chilling and chatting with friends than staring at a TV or Laptop screen. I haven't watched any of the latest Oscar wonders but it is on my list of things to do. |
| Favorite music | Going through the phases at the moment. Was really into drum and bass for a while as well as trance but have taken a more mellow approach now. Really enjoy MCR and Mumford and Sons and pretty much anything as long as I can play it loud and sing along or just jam to it! |
| Favorite books | A Day at El Bulli by Ferran Adria, Sous Vide, The last novel I tried to read was the last Harry Potter but couldnt get through it so I listened to the Stephen Fry Audio version instead :) |
