| Introduction | I am Vaishali Sharma. I am passionate about food and crazy about experimenting with new Only Indian Veg recipes. I always love to serve people and one day I come up with the idea of this website. I love cooking. I am passionate about looking for new recipes and trying my hand at them with a twist. Vaishali Food Recipes, launched in 2013 and is stared to gaining popularity as a amazing source of Indian Veg recipes. I am trying to bring as many recipes. Some recipes are illustrated in the traditional way while others are modified taking into consideration the busy lifestyle and health issues. The presentation and explanation may not be very professional but definetely simple to understand. All of the recipes I share are both simple yet healthy. Many of the dishes that appear here have been tried by my friends and family. I will rely on you for the feedback, good or bad.
