Introduction	The Schwarz family farms about 600 acres in south central Nebraska, most of which are organic. They grow both row crops and organic vegetables. They recently constructed a "high tunnel", which is a solar powered greenhouse, as well as a heated starter house. The Schwarz family has been farming this land for over 100 years.
